Refund policy
Last update applied across the whole platform.
1. Provider failure
In case of delivery failure, the order is automatically refunded to your wallet.
2. Partial delivery
If an order is partially delivered, the undelivered balance is refunded pro rata.
3. Cancellation
Refunds for cancellation depend on progress and the provider's policy.
4. Ledger
Each refund generates a transaction in the wallet ledger. No balance is changed silently.
